Saccharine Pickles

Ingredients: 

1 gallon of cider vinegar
½ gallon of water
1 cup of salt
½ cup of mustard
1 tablespoon of saccharine

Instructions:

  1. Mix everything together and store until you need to pickle something.

If you use a cucumber be sure that it has not been waxed. Also try okra, boiled eggs or beets. What ever you use it for give it at least a week to pickle the item.
